The price depends mainly on flight time, aircraft type, number of passengers, airport fees and crew overnight stays, if any. On one-way trips, the aircraft's return to base is usually part of the price. That is why every flight gets its own quote, with a fixed price agreed before confirmation.

In Brazil, air charter can only be operated by companies certified by ANAC, the national civil aviation authority, for this type of operation. Flying a private aircraft and charging for seats is illegal charter, without the maintenance, crew and insurance requirements of a certified operator. Falkan only works with certified operators, and you can check the aircraft's registration in the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry on the ANAC website.

Yes. We arrange flights to Miami, New York, Europe, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and other destinations, with midsize and long-range jets. Departure is from an airport with international customs clearance, such as Guarulhos, Viracopos or Galeão, and every passenger needs a valid passport and, where required, a visa. Depending on distance and jet, the flight may include a fuel stop.

No. Charter flights can leave from any city in Brazil with an airport or runway suitable for the aircraft. Tell us your origin in the quote request and we will recommend the best option.

It depends on the model. Piston aircraft usually carry 3 to 5 passengers, turboprops 5 to 9, light and midsize jets 6 to 9, and long-range jets 10 to 14. We recommend the right aircraft based on group size, luggage and destination runway.

The earlier, the more aircraft options. Even so, many flights can be arranged within a few hours, subject to availability. For holidays and high season at beach destinations, we recommend booking a few days ahead.

Yes, within each aircraft's weight and space limits. Tell us in the quote request what you plan to bring (bags, golf clubs, surfboards, pets) so we can recommend a suitable aircraft.

Yes, as long as the runway is certified or registered and suitable for the aircraft. For places without a runway, a helicopter may be the alternative. Tell us the exact destination and we will check if it is possible.

On domestic flights, an official photo ID for each passenger; on international flights, a valid passport and a visa when the destination requires one. The operator asks for every passenger's full name and document before the flight to prepare the passenger list. Minors follow the travel authorization rules in force.
